Backstreet frontman Nick Carter has been accused of rape again. The court was re-sued by former Dream band member Melissa Schumann, who said she had an affair with Carter against her will in 2003. Legal documents came into the possession of TMZ journalists.

The statement says that the artist forced Schumann to have sex. Melissa also admitted that it was her first sexual experience, despite the fact that she wanted to keep her virginity until the wedding. It is noted that the singer filed the first lawsuit more than 5 years ago. Then the prosecutor’s office refused to initiate a criminal case, since the statute of limitations had expired.
