Singer Rita Lee, who died on Monday 8, aged 75 in São Paulo, wrote in her first autobiographical book about what the repercussions of her death would be like. In the chapter, titled “Prophecy”, she the artist said that she will be remembered for not having been “a good example, but good people”.
“When I die, I can imagine the kind words of those who hate me. Some radios will broadcast my songs for free, colleagues will say that the world of music will miss me, who knows, maybe even give my name to a dead end street ”, she begins.
In another excerpt, the singer writes: “The fans, the sincere ones, will pick up my record covers and sing ‘Ovelha Negra’, TVs must already have a summary of my career up their sleeves to show on the daily news and there will be a known from the obituary of some magazines,” he adds.
