Black Gil spoke to fans through his social network this Sunday (14). Without the company of mother and son, despite the special date of Mother’s Day, the singer, who I am being treated for bowel cancershe explained: “Today is Mother’s Day, my mother is in Rio, my son performs in Campos do Jordão, but I’m surrounded by love, by other children,” she said, stating that motherhood goes far beyond childbirth.
It was then that the artist explained that he left Rio de Janeiro to live in São Paulo, where he is continuing his cancer treatment. “I think you realize that my life and treatment took a turn. I came to São Paulo, I’ve been living here for two weeks”, warned the artist, who at the beginning he had gone to the capital São Paulo only for exams.
Without detailing what changes her cancer treatment has undergone, Preta took advantage of the video to talk to other women who, like her, are fighting for a cure. “For us, today is a day where we are sensitive, where our emotions are on the surface. We are going through a healing process and it is not easy. It is a very painful, difficult process, but it strengthens me a lot. I’m sure everyone we will emerge from this journey strengthened, transformed,” he guaranteed.
