Preta Gil confirmed, this Friday 22nd, his return to the stage of next year’s carnival. The announcement came after the singer’s treatment for bowel cancer ended.
The artist will perform on February 4, at the RioArena, to celebrate 15 years of the Bloco da Preta. “It is with a heart overflowing with happiness that I come to announce my return to the stage,” she said on Instagram.
“I’ve been waiting a long time for this meeting and to celebrate #CarnaCura! It’s going to be incredible!”, added Preta in the caption of the publication, referring to his cancer treatment.
Tickets for the event, which will take place in Rio de Janeiro, are on sale on the Ticket360 platform. Prices vary between R$40 and R$175.
