Among the novelties of the work stand out the very high ceilings, the wardrobes dedicated to little Marias and even the project of a “reception room”. The construction will also include a study for Virginia and another for Zé Felipe, a sauna, rooms with glass ceilings and a bathtub overlooking the trees. Virginia even promised golf carts for family and guests to travel more comfortably around the expansive grounds.

Showing one of the guest rooms, the influencer asked the architect: “Is this another guest room? It’s because I’m going to have two more kids, so it’s a guest room and another for the kids. But they’re not pregnant and yet, no predictions!”, she warned.
Virginia is already the mother of Maria Alice and Maria Flor, the result of her marriage to Zé Felipe.
