Ex-wife of Globo journalist Marcelo Courrege, Renata Heilborn spoke for the first time after the the journalist admits to dating Carol Barcellos, presenter of the sports block of “Bom Dia Brasil” and future commander of “Globo Esporte”. “I found out the hard way that my ex-husband was having an affair with my friend, the bridesmaid at my wedding.”

Renata posted a series of messages on her Instagram Stories this Carnival Tuesday (13th) and declared that some news circulating does not coincide with reality and assured that she will no longer speak.

Renata explained that her marriage with Marcelo was already shaken and that she had asked for a separation. “The marriage, in fact, was not perfect. Far from it. We were already in crisis, and I myself had already asked for separation a year before all this happened. However, at a time when I was fragile, after resigning from TV Globo, I discovered that he was with a friend, one of those confidants with whom I spent time every day.
