‘Avatar’ and ‘Titanic’ Producer Jon Landau Dies at 63


Born in New York, Landau has produced three of the five highest-grossing films of all time.




Producer and COO of director James Cameron’s Lightstorm Entertainment, Jon Landau died at the age of 63. The death was announced this Saturday, 6, but the cause of death has not been announced.

Born in New York, USA, the producer has been alongside Cameron in almost all of his productions, including the Oscar-winning film The best movie 1997, Titanic. In total, it was 27 years of partnership.
