Alexandre Frota asked for free justice in a recent case, claiming he was bankrupt, but his defense was rejected.

In October 2024, new developments emerged in the lawsuit between Alessandro Frota and the company WE AMPLIFY THE TECHNOLOGY. This legal conflict gained visibility when Frota, a well-known Brazilian actor and politicianhe faced financial difficulties and demanded free justice. The request, however, was rejected, generating new discussions on the situation.

WE AMPP TECHNOLOGY has activated Claudia Raia’s ex-husband take legal action due to an alleged breach of contract. According to the company, Frota failed to pay for the services provided for five months, accumulating a debt of more than R$20,000. Furthermore, the dispute concerns the violation of a clause that limited third-party access to Frota’s social networks.

In his defense, Frota argued that he was unable to cover the procedural costs, mentioning that his financial situation had worsened to the point that he was declared insolvent. He claimed that his liabilities exceeded his assets, as he was unemployed at the time and had no fixed income. Frota also highlighted contractual clauses which, according to him, would justify the non-existence of the debt.

According to the politician, the contract between him and WE AMPP TECHNOLOGY stipulated that payments would only be due if he was elected municipal councilor in Cotia, which did not materialize before the dispute between the parties. Therefore, Frota claims that the company would not be entitled to any financial compensation.
