The statement was published on Thursday 23rd on social media, Ana Hickmann underlined the affection and support of the public after the diffusion of the open letter. “I want to take advantage and thank all the messages and shares of the video I posted yesterday,” he began.

According to the presenter, the position was an attempt to combat the false information spread by Alexandre regarding his divorce.

“In recent weeks, news has spread that I was ordered to pay alimony to my ex-husband, as if I were responsible for the end of my marriage, and my ex-husband, a victim,” she criticized.

According to her, Alexandre has been trying to publicly turn her into a ‘villain’ since the end of their marriage, distorting reality.

“Time passes and my ex-husband’s almost daily distortion of reality on social media falls within the well-known ‘intention to make the lie told a thousand times come true’. Throughout the open letter, Ana Hickmann also mentions the millionaire debts incurred by Alexandre, as well as alleged forgeries of his signatures on credit applications.

Another point highlighted by the presenter is the alleged refusal of her ex-husband to pay maintenance to her only child, following the affair.
