Greek model and television personality Giannis Spaliaras has revealed details about his new romance, confessing during a national television interview on Monday, September 21, that he did not expect to enter a new relationship so quickly after a painful breakup.
Speaking on the morning show Happy Day, Spaliaras explained that his four-year relationship came to an official end in August, but he surprisingly found himself in love again shortly afterward with a 28-year-old woman named Tamta.
The announcement follows weeks of speculation after the model posted photographs on social media hugging another woman in early September, confirming to followers that he had moved on from his previous partner.

Reflecting on his emotional state, Spaliaras said he is doing very well during this current period and described life as highly unpredictable. He noted that he had not anticipated starting a new romance so soon after his split, as four years had passed between his previous relationship and the one before it.

The television personality disclosed that the initial rift in his previous four-year romance actually began months earlier, in March. He admitted that both partners fought to preserve their connection over several months, but they ultimately decided to part ways when their efforts failed.
A romantic encounter and long-distance connection
Recounting how he met his new partner, Spaliaras said their initial meeting felt like a scene from a romantic movie. He revealed that Tamta spotted him first and caught his attention, after which he walked over and introduced himself, later describing the encounter as love at first sight.
He shared additional details about his new partner, explaining that she is 28 years old and comes from Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. When asked about their age difference, Spaliaras stated that he does not believe an age gap plays any meaningful role in a relationship.
Spaliaras also disclosed that the couple has been together for one month and that they are currently navigating a long-distance setup. He confessed that this is the first time he has been in a long-distance relationship, describing the experience as something completely different for him.

Despite the geographic distance separating them, Spaliaras expressed that his partner provides him with a great deal of strength and emotional support. He noted that her presence in his life has been a major source of comfort during this transition.
