Gwyneth Paltrow shared a sweaty gym video on TikTok on Friday morning, showing off her workout routine and ripped physique.

The 53-year-old Oscar winner displayed her flat midriff and chiseled abs in a black sports bra top and matching slim cropped leggings. She completed the workout look with white trainers and a set of black weights strapped around her ankles.

The video post comes just one week after Paltrow made her debut on TikTok with a topless post. In her new video, the actress narrated the thoughts going through her head while exercising.

"What do I think about when I work out? I think about not falling over, how far through every one of these excruciating moves I am," Paltrow joked in her narration. "And then I really don't think at all, which is kind of the point."

She added that exercising provides a mental break from her daily responsibilities. "It's an hour for my brain to not have to organize and deal with obligations. It's just time to be in my body and let the magic of it do its thing," she said serenely.

The Daily Mail reached out to Paltrow's representative for comment but has not yet received a response.

Sunbathing with Son Moses Martin
The workout clip follows an Instagram Story selfie Paltrow shared on Monday while sunbathing with her 20-year-old son, Moses Martin, whose father is Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

Paltrow lay on a pool lounger wearing a red gingham-patterned bikini top and aviator sunglasses with no makeup on. Her blonde hair fell over a pillow, and a copy of the 2024 novel Long Island by Colm Tóibín sat between her and her son.

Moses Martin wore a white T-shirt and gray shorts while staring blankly into the camera for the selfie. The post came shortly after he publicly revealed his relationship on social media.

Relationship with Brown University Student
Moses Martin recently soft-launched his relationship with Campbell Fealy, 21, by posting photos on Instagram for her 21st birthday. In one photo, he wrapped his arm around her from behind while both wore matching navy jackets and jeans, captioning it, "Favorite person's Birthday."

In another photo, Fealy balanced two pairs of sunglasses on her face at a beach. Martin captioned the second image, "I love you big time."

The Instagram posts marked the first time Martin shared photos of his girlfriend publicly. Fealy is a first-year student at the Ivy League's Brown University, where Martin is a second-year student.

Fealy is the daughter of Dr. Stephen Fealy, 56, a prominent New York sports medicine surgeon and former Columbia University baseball pitcher. Dr. Fealy serves as an orthopedic surgery and sports medicine consultant to the Major League Baseball Players Association. He and his wife, Kristen Gesswein Fealy, also have two other sons, Stephen III and Fealy's twin brother, James.

Kristen Fealy offers mahjong lessons to beginners in New York, where the ancient Chinese tile game has seen a fashionable resurgence. Paltrow once featured a $46,000 Hermes mahjong set in her holiday gift guide for her brand Goop.
Before transferring to Brown, Fealy spent a year at Middlebury College in Vermont, competing in varsity track and field. She also spent two months last summer as a public relations intern at luxury fashion house Balenciaga in New York.
Modelling Debut and Music Career
Moses Martin is stepping out of his parents' shadow to launch careers in music and fashion. He made his red carpet debut alongside his mother at the Los Angeles premiere of her film Marty Supreme in December.
Earlier this month, Martin was unveiled as the face of Burberry in a campaign called "Escape to the Countryside," appearing alongside models Edie Campbell, Nora Attal, and Sang Woo Kim. In May, he released his debut EP, Bunny, as lead vocalist and guitarist for alternative rock band People I've Met.
His older sister, Apple Martin, 22, graduated from Vanderbilt University in May and has built a modelling career, recently starring in a campaign for French luxury house Chloe. Paltrow and Chris Martin married in 2003, announced their conscious uncoupling in 2014, and finalized their divorce in 2016, remaining close co-parents.
Paltrow married television producer Brad Falchuk in 2018, blending families with his two children, Isabella and Brody, from his marriage to ex-wife Suzanne Bukinik. Chris Martin was in an eight-year on-off relationship with actress Dakota Johnson, 36, until they split for good in June 2025, with a source telling People that it feels final this time.
