Jennifer Lopez stepped out for a lowkey daytime workout session in Calabasas on Wednesday. The 57-year-old singer was seen strolling in the hot sunshine and holding a cup before heading into the gym.

The On The Floor artist wore a black, halter-styled sculpting bodysuit that clung to her fit frame. The outfit featured a large cutout on the back.

Lopez completed her gym attire with white ankle socks and comfortable white sneakers. She pulled her long locks back into a sleek ponytail and accessorised with mini gold earrings, a dainty necklace and stylish shades.

The Office Romance actress wore a nude-colored tint on her lips and a warm blush on her cheekbones for a radiant glow. Representatives for Lopez did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Smarter workouts and weight training
Lopez has previously shared insight into her fitness routine and posted photographs for fans from the gym. Speaking to Extra in June, she said preparation is key for her screen roles.

"You know that you're gonna be on screen. You gotta be prepared... in the gym and eating right," she said. "It's about eating healthy and eating the right things and working out and being consistent. I say these things all the time."
Appearing on CBS Mornings, Lopez explained that she now focuses on a workout routine that is "smarter, not harder," with an emphasis on weight training to maintain strong muscles.
"That's what my trainers and I think about a lot," she said. "It's like, I have 40 minutes for you right now and we need to maximize that, and we do."
"I lift heavy, I do a lot of weights now because as you get older you need to start doing that in your 30s," she said. "And you need to do that because, even if you're like, into cardio and you want to be slim or drop weight or whatever, muscle is the thing that burns fat."
"As we get older, we lose the muscle," Lopez added. "So, we need to build the muscle to keep a youthful appearance, you know?"
Vintage bikini and Italian getaway
Lopez recently highlighted her toned abs in a series of Instagram photographs, wearing a vintage-inspired white bikini that channeled 1950s pin-up glam. The singer posed in front of a closet, wearing chic pumps and a white headscarf over long hair that fell in light waves down her back.

Earlier in August, the performer spent quality time with her 18-year-old twins, Max and Oskar, before they leave for college. Lopez shares the teenagers with her ex-husband, singer Marc Anthony.

The Daily Mail previously viewed a public announcement stating that Lopez's child, formerly known as Emme, is now called Oskar Muniz and goes by 'he'.
The family took a relaxing getaway to Italy, where Lopez uploaded an Instagram carousel showing the trio exploring popular tourist areas including the Colosseum.

She also shared a sweet selfie with her children flashing smiles during a tasty meal. The singer previously posted photographs on social media proudly celebrating their high school graduations.
Becoming an empty nester
Lopez has spoken candidly about her children leaving for college and becoming an empty nester. Oskar is believed to be attending Sarah Lawrence College, an elite liberal arts school outside New York City, when the fall semester begins.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Lopez said the transition has been an emotional time.
"It's been the three of us," she said. "People have come in and out of my life, but it's been the three of us. They've always been there, and I've always been there."
She told Cohen: "I just never thought they would not be there. I just never thought that far ahead."
The star also admitted to being emotional over the milestone during an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in May.
"Tomorrow, one of them graduates," she told Kimmel. "Don't talk about it because we start crying. I've been crying for two months."
Lopez added that she had a difficult time writing messages in her children's yearbooks. "When I tell you, the tears... two days it took me to write those things," she said.
