Jessica Alba enjoyed a lowkey family night out in Beverly Hills on Monday, grabbing dinner with her three children at the popular restaurant Funke while her boyfriend Danny Ramirez was absent.

The 45-year-old actress was joined by her daughters Honor, 18, and Haven, 15, along with her eight-year-old son Hayes. Alba shares all three children with her ex-husband Cash Warren, following their split announcement in January 2025.

Night out details and stylish appearance
Alba opted for a stylishly casual look for the evening at Funke, an upscale Beverly Hills dining spot known for its vibrant evening crowd. She wore a light gray one-shoulder top paired with classic blue jeans, completing her ensemble with open-toed silver heels and carrying a black Fendi purse over the crook of her arm.

Her long brunette locks were styled in light waves and parted down the middle, cascading past her shoulders. The actress, widely recognized for her breakout roles in the 2003 dance film Honey and the 2005 superhero blockbuster Fantastic Four, accessorized with large hooped earrings and several flashy necklaces. She wore warm blush on her cheekbones for a radiant glow and finished with a nude glossy lip tint.

During the nighttime excursion, Alba walked hand-in-hand toward the crowded eatery with her youngest son Hayes, who flashed a cheerful smile for onlookers. Daughters Honor and Haven were also spotted outside the venue amid the outing. Before departing Funke, Alba paused to sign autographs and greet awaiting fans. Representatives for Alba were reached by Daily Mail for comment but have not yet responded.
Divorce settlement with Cash Warren
Alba and film producer Cash Warren announced their split in January 2025 after 16 years of marriage. The former couple originally met on the set of Fantastic Four in 2004, where Warren worked as a director's assistant, before tying the knot in 2008. Their divorce was officially finalized earlier this year in February.

Legal documents from the settlement reveal that Alba and Warren did not sign a prenuptial agreement prior to their wedding. The pair agreed that neither party will pay spousal support or alimony to the other, and they will share joint legal and physical custody of their three children.

Under the financial division of their assets, Warren will receive a total payout of $3 million. Half of that sum, $1.5 million, was paid to him upon finalization in February, with the remaining $1.5 million scheduled to be paid in 2027.

Romance timeline with Danny Ramirez
Following her separation, Alba has been romantically linked to actor Danny Ramirez, who is best known for his role as Lieutenant Mickey "Fanboy" Garcia in the 2022 blockbuster Top Gun: Maverick. The couple were first linked in July 2025 after spending time together during a relaxing getaway to Mexico.

That same month, an insider told People magazine that the relationship was casual, stating, "She's been testing the waters with Danny. It's still casual, but there is a connection."
The pair continued stepping out for public dates across New York City throughout the summer. In October 2025, Alba and Ramirez made their official red carpet debut alongside friends at the Mill Valley Film Festival in California. They subsequently made their relationship Instagram official in November, cozying up together at the annual Baby2Baby Gala, a high-profile charity event supporting low-income children.
The romance progressed into 2026 with another tropical getaway to Mexico in March. In April, the couple shared a kiss during a lowkey date night in Los Angeles, where her youngest child Hayes accompanied them. Ramirez also joined Alba in Miami in May to celebrate her 45th birthday at the upscale restaurant Papi Steak, and attended daughter Honor's milestone 18th birthday celebration in Beverly Hills in June.
High-profile events and upcoming projects
In July, Alba and Ramirez joined a host of celebrities at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's star-studded wedding held at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Alba took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse of their glamorous attire for the nuptials, posting a selfie as Ramirez laid a gentle kiss on her head.
Later that month, the couple sat next to each other in the stands at the FIFA World Cup Final in New Jersey, watching the match between Spain and Argentina.
During downtime amid their busy work schedules, the couple also whisked themselves away for a summer vacation in Italy, where Alba flaunted her toned figure in a skimpy bikini while posing for loved-up selfies with Ramirez.
Alongside her personal life, Alba has been keeping busy professionally and was recently spotted on set filming the upcoming reboot of 13 Going On 30, the popular 2004 romantic comedy. While specific details about her role remain under wraps, her eldest daughter Honor was seen joining her on set as the pair strolled together between takes.
