Country singer Jessie James Decker has scheduled plastic surgery to remove her large D-cup breast implants and replace them with smaller ones.

The 38-year-old artist revealed in an Instagram post on Friday that she has officially set a date to go under the knife after considering the procedure for about six months.

Decker, who is known for her country music career and reality television appearances, shared a video of herself exercising with a yoga ball alongside a detailed caption explaining her choice. She admitted that while she would love to explant completely, she is not yet ready to make that full transition.
"I know myself, and realistically I'm not sure I'm totally ready for that yet," Decker wrote to her followers. She explained that having lived with large implants for so long has left her unsure of what her natural body looks like underneath.
Embracing a new chapter
Instead of removing her implants entirely, Decker is choosing to replace them with smaller implants. She playfully described the look she wants as "juicy ballerina boobies!?" and explained that her ongoing fitness journey prompted the shift in perspective.

Entering what she calls her "strong girl era," Decker explained that her previous D-cup bra size no longer aligns with her active lifestyle or personal identity. "I don't want anything holding me back," she said, adding that her fitness routine has helped her feel more connected to her body and what feels right for her.

She admitted candidly that her large implants simply do not fit who she is anymore. The announcement follows her recent decision to share before-and-after weight loss photos documenting her physical transformation after giving birth to four children over the span of a decade.
Family life and natural beauty
Decker noted that welcoming her youngest child, Denver, in 2024 helped spark her shift toward a "less is more" philosophy. She is married to retired NFL star Eric Decker, 39, who played wide receiver in the league before retiring from professional football.

The couple share four children: daughter Vivianne, 12, and sons Eric Jr., 10, Forrest, eight, and Denver, two.
Looking ahead, Decker said she wants less maintenance in her daily life as she embraces her "natural girl era." As she gets closer to turning 40, she explained that she has reached a point where she wants to feel as authentic as possible.
She added that being a mother to a daughter played a significant role in her decision, stating that she never wants her daughter to feel as though she must undergo constant aesthetic upkeep to feel beautiful.
Representatives for Decker did not immediately respond to requests for comment regarding the scheduled surgery.
