Kym Marsh has been mocked by her followers after sharing a gushing tribute to her fiancé Tom Dickinson, the sixth man the actress has called her husband-to-be.
The 50-year-old shared a post to Instagram on Friday describing Dickinson as her "best friend" and writing that the couple would be "together forever." Critics said they had grown tired of her public declarations of love, many of which have seen her brand a partner her "soul mate."
Marsh has been married three times and has accepted six proposals over the years, the most recent from Dickinson in March.

The post included a selection of photos of the pair together, among them a snap of the couple kissing on a gondola during a trip to Venice.
Alongside the pictures, Marsh wrote: "My best friend, my rock, my everything! I love you without measure and I am so lucky to be in love with my best mate. This last year has been my favourite and I can't wait for our next adventure. Yours forever and always."

Marsh's recent relationship history
Marsh's most recent breakup was with actor Samuel Thomas, who is 19 years her junior. The pair met while working together on 101 Dalmatians and went public with their romance in mid-2024, dating for around six months. Marsh had described Thomas as her "soulmate."
Her love life has also included an engagement to Dave Cunliffe during their relationship between 1994 and 1999, a marriage to Jack Ryder between 2002 and 2009, and a marriage to Jamie Lomas between 2012 and 2014, with whom she shares daughter Polly.
She was also engaged to personal trainer Dan Hooper between 2014 and 2015. She later dated Army Major Scott Ratcliff from 2019, marrying him in October 2021 before the couple separated in May 2023 and later divorced.
Fans react to the engagement news
One photo in the post showed off Marsh's diamond engagement ring, prompting a wave of comments from followers about her latest engagement.

Among the critical remarks, one follower wrote: "You say that every time. Let's hope this one goes the distance," while another said: "Bloody hell Kim you've had more engagement rings than I've had cars lol xxx."
Others wrote: "Another Hello magazine shoot coming up!"; "Ffs another chap!"; "Another one? F***ing hell"; and "Fk me me I can't keep up. Girls gonna be a millionaire with all of these rings. Must have a fair few by now." One follower asked: "Bloody hell Kym not another one, how do you bag all these rings?" while another simply observed: "She's partial to an engagement ring."

Not everyone joined in the mockery. Some followers celebrated the couple's happiness and urged Marsh to "ignore the haters."
One wrote: "Congratulations to you both Kym, you make a lovely couple and it's your life! Igore all the negative Nancy's as they are just jealous because you're beautiful inside and out and your'e living your best life. Tom is a very handsome guy and if he makes you happy then go for it as you only have one life."
Another said: "Lovely photos and memories. Ignore the jealous haters," while a third added: "People are so rude! Relationships are hard! Kym is clearly someone who loves being in love but it's hard to find the right person to do this life with, she's not hurting anybody so live and let live! Congratulations Kym and Tom."

How the romance began
Marsh began dating Dickinson in autumn last year, around eight months after ending her relationship with Thomas. It was reported in October that she had found love again with a fitness fanatic after the pair were introduced through friends.
She later confirmed the romance by sharing a series of photos to Instagram and tagging Dickinson's account.
In March, it was reported that Dickinson proposed to Marsh by the Eiffel Tower in Paris. She was said to be "on cloud nine" after reportedly saying yes "immediately" when he popped the question.
A source told The Sun: "Their romance has been like a fairytale. Tom had planned the perfect proposal and got down on one knee next to the Eiffel Tower. Kym was overcome, but she said yes immediately. She has the most beautiful ring and can't wait to plan their special day."
A fourth marriage in the works
The wedding would be Marsh's fourth, after previously marrying Ratcliff, Lomas and Ryder. The couple were seen out together for the first time in November, when they enjoyed a day out in Bakewell.
Marsh shares son David, 30, and daughter Emilie, 28, an actress, with ex-partner Cunliffe. She is also mother to 14-year-old daughter Poppy, whom she shares with Lomas, and son Archie, who was born 18 weeks premature in 2009 and died shortly after birth.
