According to research, people who relate securely have better outcomes in their relationships. This directly affects how these individuals interact with their partners and also how they approach the love relationship. Plus, they still have a higher level of trust, satisfaction, and communication.
Those who do not have this safety profile can have problems such as jealousy, anxiety and emotional detachment.

Benefits of mindfulness for relationships
Researchers have come to the conclusion that the regular practice of mindfulness decreases this anxiety in the relationship, increases empathy and decreases addiction.
Much is already known about the benefits of mindfulness on stress levels, but this study shows something more specific. Mindfulness can actually benefit all areas of life, including love. Just put it into your routine.
In addition to improving coexistence with a partner, the practice works on a person’s relationship with themselves, since when you learn to have more self-confidence, security, patience with yourself, self-compassion and self-care, this automatically affects positively other aspects .of life.
Mindful living helps people listen more, be less reactive, value themselves more, and not fight for anything. Mindfulness is not just meditation, it is the state of consciousness which, once created, permeates all of life as a whole.
