Discover the fitness coffee that the participants of the event were able to taste after class in the morning
To celebrate International Women’s Day, the CLAUDIA brands, Good shape, Bebê.com and Elástica have joined forces to promote Editora Abril’s largest women’s event, Casa Clã. The initiative transformed Casa Higienópolis, in São Paulo, into a large space for discussing issues related to the female universe. At the event the Gastronomy The Cure signed some menus that were served to all members, such as the cocktail party that was held on Thursday 9 March at 7 pm, shortly before the Assucena show in honor of Gal Costa, and the fitness brunches that took place immediately after the morning.
In conversation with Boa Forma at Casa Clan, Suzana Goldfarbwho takes care of the restaurant kitchen, explained how the La Cura project was born, which was born in parallel Mauro Bossoyour husband.
“I am of Jewish origin, I have lived in Israel for a long time. And my partner and partner is of Syrian origin. So, we have a meeting of Arab and Jewish peoples in the gastronomy, and in the end everyone eats the same food, even in a slightly different way,” he says.
According to her, during the pandemic, the two deepened their studies on Middle Eastern cuisine. Full of knowledge and willpower, they decided to venture into the kitchen with new recipes. Due to its success, the idea eventually expanded beyond the domestic context.
“Everything was growing from within our house. First, we did very well in the Arab and Jewish community. Then people spread the word, and that’s when we decided to take an even bigger step and become a delivery. And finally, the restaurant was born. It was something we always dreamed of, but never imagined would happen so quickly. La Cura is the result of a lot of work and a lot of sweat from our team,” says Goldfarb.
For the fitness brunch that the Casa Clã participants were able to experience after exercising their bodies during the lessons, La Cura prepared the following recipes:

- Mini ciabatta with toasted zucchini and ricotta pate with lemon zest
- Roast beef, persimmon tomato, wild rocket and mini aioli sandwiches
- Pan of scrambled egg with crispy bacon and levain toast
- Fruit salad with natural yogurt and homemade granola
- Carrot Cake with Belgian Chocolate Brigadeiro and Pistachios
- Mini tart with lemon and fresh berries
