- 4 unpeeled cloves of garlic
- 1 cup cold milk (tea)
- 1 1/2 cups oil (approximately)
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- toast to accompany
Method of preparation:
- For the pate, put the garlic and milk in a blender and turn on medium power until crushed.
- Still with the blender on, add the oil slowly, continuing to beat, until a creamy consistency is obtained.
