Ingredients:

  • 4 unpeeled cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup cold milk (tea)
  • 1 1/2 cups oil (approximately)
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste
  • toast to accompany

Method of preparation:

  1. For the pate, put the garlic and milk in a blender and turn on medium power until crushed.
  2. Still with the blender on, add the oil slowly, continuing to beat, until a creamy consistency is obtained.
  3. If necessary, add more oil.
  4. Season with salt, green smell, and beat just to mix.
  5. Transfer to a platter and serve with toast or another snack of your choice.
