  • 1 liter of boiling water (approximately)
  • 1 bacon bouillon cube
  • 3 1/2 cups (tea) potato cubes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 pieces of sliced ​​Calabrian sausage
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cabbage (sliced ​​and shredded)

Method of preparation:

In a pan, over medium heat, cook the water, broth, potatoes and bay leaf for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
