Ingredients:
- 2 fillet steaks
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons of grated onion
- 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup stout beer (room temperature).
- 1/3 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat half the butter, then sear the steaks for 3 minutes on each side until evenly browned.
- Heated reserve.
- Meanwhile, in the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and saute the onion for 1 minute, stirring.
- Sprinkle with flour and fry for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the beer and stir until it thickens.
- Stir in the champignons, season with salt, pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
- Turn off and add the mayonnaise, mixing until smooth.
- Water the steaks, sprinkle with parsley and serve after.

- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 400 g of cleaned shrimps
- 500 g of pasta or penne
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1 jar of cream
- 1/2 liter of water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (minced)
Method of preparation:
- Heat the oil, add the onion and garlic and brown.
- Add the prawns and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the pasta, sauce, cream, water, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the pan and leave for 3 minutes after the hissing starts.
- Release all the pressure from the pan without putting water on it, remove the pasta from the pan and transfer it to a refractory.
- Sprinkle with green smelt and serve after.

- 300 g of diced chicken breast
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 chopped onion
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cube of chicken stock
- 150 g of chopped green beans
- 2 cups cauliflower (chopped)
- 3 cups cooked white rice (tea)
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander (minced)
Method of preparation:
- Heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the chicken breast seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper for 5 minutes or until golden brown and all the water has dried up.
- Add the onion, curry, chicken stock, green beans, cabbage and saute for 3 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
- Add the rice, coriander, salt if necessary and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Turn off and serve later.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 diced onion
- 500 g of minced meat
- 1/2 diced green pepper
- 1 diced seedless tomato
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 2 cups cauliflower (cooked in bunches) al dente
- 5 tablespoons grated Parmesan for dusting
Method of preparation:
- Heat a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat and saute the garlic until golden brown.
- Add the onion and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper, tomato, salt, pepper and cook for 3 minutes or until the water dries up.
- Quench, stir green odor and transfer to refractory medium.
- Cover with the cauliflower and sprinkle with the Parmesan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
Cream of corn with bacon

- 3 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 cup bacon (chopped)
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 3 cups of milk (tea)
- 2 cups canned green corn (without the water)
- Salt and nutmeg to taste
- 2 cups cream (milk)
Method of preparation:
- In a pan, heat the margarine and brown the bacon.
- Remove the bacon and set it aside
- Meanwhile, in the same pan, fry the onion until golden brown, add the flour and mix well to avoid lumps.
- Pour in the milk and half the corn, season with salt and nutmeg and cook until thickened slightly.
- Remove from heat and set aside
- In a blender, beat the other half of the corn with the cream until smooth.
- Stir in the cream in the pan, return to low heat and then cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until very creamy.
- Place on a plate and serve with the fried bacon on top.

- 6 tablespoons of water
- 1 jar of cream
- Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
Method of preparation:
- Heat a pan with margarine over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Add the onion, garlic and saute for 3 minutes
- Add the ketchup, mushrooms, chicken broth, water and saute for 3 minutes
- Mix the cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cook for 5 minutes
- Turn it off and, if you like, serve it with plain rice and straw potatoes.

- 4 sirloin steaks

- 1 cup broccoli (cooked in bunches)
- 1/2 cube of vegetable broth

Method of preparation:
- First, season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a nonstick skillet over high heat, add the oil and grill the steaks on both sides until browned.
- Then collect and book.
- In the same pan, over medium heat, melt the butter, add the vegetables and mix.
- Immediately after, pour the vegetable broth dissolved in the water and wait for it to boil and reduce by half.
- Finally serve with the meat.

- 1 cup bacon (diced)
- 1 piece of chopped Calabrian sausage
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 500 g of dried meat desalted, cooked and minced
- 3 cups cooked white rice (tea)
- 1 cup (tea) of black-eyed peas cooked with broth
- Salt, black pepper and chopped coriander to taste
- 1 cup cottage cheese (cubed)
Method of preparation:
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the bacon until golden brown.
- Add the peppers, onion, garlic, bell pepper and saute for 3 minutes or until browned.
- Add the dried meat, rice, beans with the stock and brown, stirring for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, coriander and turn off the heat.
- Add the rennet and mix.
- Transfer to a platter and serve after.
