“Chickpeas are a very complete and important food. The ideal is to consume a portion of them in one of the main meals of the day, at least three times a week”, explains the coordinator of the Nutrition course at UNINASSAU (Centre Universitário Maurício de Nassau Paulista), Fabiana Freire, highlighting how the legume is beneficial for us.
