Ingredients BANANA MOUSSE WITH CHOCOLATE
– 3 very ripe bananas
– 80g semi-sweet chocolate (sugar-free – vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, depending on your preference) (or other chocolate of your choice)
Ingredients TO DECORATE
– chocolate sprinkles of your choice (or other chocolate of your choice)
PREPARATION:
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- This recipe can be vegan, lactose-free and sugar-free, it all depends on the chosen chocolate and the “grains”.
- Heat a pan in a bain-marie with water.
- Cut the chocolate into smaller pieces if not into drops/callettes.
PREPARATION:
Banana mousse with chocolate:
- Peel and cut the bananas into slices.
- Place the bananas in the food processor or in a bowl and beat (in the food processor or with the mixer) until they form a smooth puree: the more you beat, the more delicate the mousse will be. Reserve.
- Place the chocolate in a bain-marie to melt.
- Add the melted chocolate to the banana puree and beat again to combine.
- Distribute the mousse into individual bowls or cups, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before serving.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- When serving, take the bowls or cups with the chocolate and banana mousse out of the fridge and decorate with chocolate sprinkles or chocolate chips (optional).
