Lemon Cream Ice Cream Ingredients

– 340 g natural yogurt (1 glass = 170 g)

– 8 tablespoons of condensed milk – see pre-preparation

– 1 1/2 units of lemon (juice)

Ingredients for decorating

– lemon to taste (zest of the peel)

PREPARATION:

  1. The quantity of condensed milk present in this recipe can be modified, adapting it to the sweetness you prefer.
  2. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  3. Wash and dry the lemon. Remove the zest from the peel to finish and set aside on paper towels. Squeeze the juice into the yogurt and lemon cream.

PREPARATION:

Lemon frozen cream:

  1. Place the yogurt in a bowl and beat it, preferably with a wire whisk, until it is smooth.
  2. Add the condensed milk and lemon juice and continue beating until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
  3. Distribute the cold lemon cream into individual bowls or cups, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before serving.
  4. If you prefer an even colder dessert, transfer the cups to the freezer 1 hour before serving.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. When serving, remove the bowls or cups with the cold lemon cream from the refrigerator or freezer.
  2. Finish with lemon zest.
