Ingredients:

  • 3 cups hydrated tapioca

  • Sliced ​​strawberries

  • Sweet milk to taste

If you can’t find hydrated tapioca flour, slowly mix about ¾ cup of water with 500g of tapioca flour. Leave to rest and hydrate for approximately 30 minutes.

Preparation method:

Preheat a nonstick pan for 30 seconds over medium heat. Place a little flour in a sieve and sift about ½ cup into the pan, spreading it evenly. Cook for about 30 seconds or until the tapioca slides easily into the pan. Turn and cook for another 30 seconds. Transfer it to a plate and spread the filling of your choice on one side. Fold in half.

Observation: Add the fillings quickly, as the tapioca hardens as it cools. Repeat the last steps with the remaining flour. Clean the pan after each use.

Cut the tapioca in half, serve and decorate.
