Mashed potatoes with cheese

Ingredients:
- 5 large potatoes
- Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup diced mozzarella
Preparation method:
- Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water over medium heat for 20 minutes or until soft.
- Drain and carefully remove the skin, holding the potatoes with a cloth
- While it is still hot, pass it through the juicer and place it in a pan.
- Add the hot milk, butter, salt, nutmeg, pepper and heat for 2 minutes
- Meanwhile, continue to stir the pan constantly.
- Remove from the heat, transfer to a serving dish and then stir in the cheese.
- Let it melt and then serve.
