Pressure seasoned rice recipe
Time: 10 minutes
Performance: 6 servings

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 seedless tomato chopped
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cooked and chopped meat
- 3 cups parboiled raw rice
- 6 cups boiling water
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
Preparation method:
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, peppers, meat, rice and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add water and adjust salt.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes, over low heat, once the pressure has started.
- Turn off the heat, let the pressure release naturally, open the pan, add the parsley and serve immediately.
