Ingredients:
- 340g of crunchy milk chocolate
- 3 cups creamy dulce de leche
- 2 cans of cream
- 1 pack of chocolate flavored wafer biscuits, slightly broken
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and keep half of it aside.
- Mix the rest with the dulce de leche and 1 1/2 cans of cream and spread it in a refractory baking dish.
- Mix the remaining cream with the reserved chocolate.
- Distribute the biscuit on the cream and spread the melted chocolate mixed with the cream on top.
- Finally, refrigerate for 2 hours before serving the candies on a serving platter.
