Ingredients:

  • 340g of crunchy milk chocolate
  • 3 cups creamy dulce de leche
  • 2 cans of cream
  • 1 pack of chocolate flavored wafer biscuits, slightly broken

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and keep half of it aside.
  2. Mix the rest with the dulce de leche and 1 1/2 cans of cream and spread it in a refractory baking dish.
  3. Mix the remaining cream with the reserved chocolate.
  4. Distribute the biscuit on the cream and spread the melted chocolate mixed with the cream on top.
  5. Finally, refrigerate for 2 hours before serving the candies on a serving platter.
