ingredients

  • 200ml coconut water
  • 3 chopped plums with peel
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 apple cut into cubes
  • 1 lemon juice

Preparation method:

Blend everything in the blender or mixer and serve immediately, without filtering. If you wish, you can blend with ice or freeze the plums before blending.
