Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter at room temperature
  • 1 pack of crustless bread

Filling:

  • 500 g of pre-cooked green beans
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups fried bacon cubes
  • 3 cups milk (tea)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 glass of cream cheese (200 g)

Preparation method:

  1. Butter the bread slices on both sides and place half the bread slices in a 30cm x 22cm baking pan.
  2. Spread the green beans over the top, seasoned with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the bacon over the top and then cover with the remaining slices of bread.
  4. Blend the rest of the ingredients in a blender and pour them over the slices of bread.
  5. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned.
  7. Remove and serve immediately.
