Ingredients BANANA CAKE WITH FIT OATS (PASTA)
– 450 g of ripe banana, roughly chopped (can be silver or dwarf) – consider one banana = 86 g – without peel.
– 3 eggs, whole
– 201 g of gluten-free oatmeal
– 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon THE
– white raisins to taste
– black raisins to taste ab
– 1 tablespoon(s) of chemical yeast THE
Ingredients FIT BANANA CAKE WITH OATS – TO FINISH
– 3 ripe bananas, cut into slices lengthwise.
– demerara sugar to taste, for sprinkling (optional)
– ground cinnamon to taste THE
– dark rum to taste. (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease a baking tray. The height of the raw dough must not exceed ⅔ of the height of the mold.
- To make a cake like the one in the photo, use a large pan and adjust the quantities so that this recipe serves 6 people.
- For 6 people you will need 5 ripe bananas for the dough.
PREPARATION:

- Peel and coarsely chop the ripe bananas to use in the dough.
- In a blender add the eggs, chopped bananas, cinnamon and raisins, beat to mix the ingredients well.
- Mix or beat with oatmeal.
- Add cinnamon, baking powder, mix or beat again.
- Place the dough in the greased pan (fill it up to 2/3 maximum).
- Cut the final bananas lengthwise.
- Arrange the bananas on the cake, diagonally across the baking sheet and then diagonally in the opposite direction, forming a checkerboard pattern.
- Sprinkle with rum (optional), sprinkle with demerara sugar (optional), and cinnamon.
- Cook the fit banana cake with oats in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes or until completely cooked (test with a toothpick, if it comes out dry it is ready).
- Remove from the oven, let cool a little, remove from the mold.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Cut the Banana cake with fit oats sliced, serve hot with ice cream or cold as a delicious dessert.
