Chocolate cream
ingredients
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 400 g of cream
- 10 g unflavoured powdered gelatine
- 4 tablespoons ice water
- 4 tablespoons of chocolate in powder
- 200 ml of natural yogurt
- Mint sprigs to decorate
Preparation method
Place the gelatine and water in a container and stir until dissolved and set aside. Place the condensed milk, cream, reserved gelatine, chocolate powder and yogurt into a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Distribute the mixture into individual containers and place in the refrigerator until the cream is consistent. Then decorate with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
Pineapple candy
ingredients
- 1 pineapple cored and cut into cubes
- 50 g of flavored gelatine pineapple
- 200 g of whey-free cream
- 1/2 liter of water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Pineapple slices to decorate
Preparation method
Place the gelatine in a container and dissolve it according to the instructions on the package. Reserve. In a pan, add the water, pineapple and sugar and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Then, turn off the heat, add the reserved gelatine, mix well and let it cool slightly. Add the cream, mix and distribute into individual containers. Place in the fridge for 3 hours. Unmold, decorate with pineapple slices and serve immediately.

Rice pudding with strawberry sauce
ingredients
Rice
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 3 teacups of water
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 cups of milk tea
- Cinnamon stick, star anise and orange peel to taste
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Syrup
- Frozen strawberries to taste
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Sliced strawberries to decorate
Preparation method
Rice
Place the rice in a pan, cover with water, add the sugar and cook over medium heat until soft. Then lower the heat, add the milk, cinnamon, star anise and Orange peel and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the spices, add the cream and mix well. Divide the rice pudding into individual containers and set aside.
Syrup
Add the strawberries and sugar to a pan and cook over a medium heat until syrupy, with some strawberries still in pieces. Then spread the syrup over the rice pudding, decorate with the strawberry pieces and place in the fridge to cool. Serve immediately.
Powdered milk pudding
ingredients
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 400 ml of milk
- 1 cup of tea milk powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation method
Place the condensed milk, powdered milk, milk and eggs in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Add the vanilla essence and beat again to mix. Reserve. In a pudding mold, add the sugar and water and mix well. Place over medium heat to cook until caramelized. Turn off the heat, spread the syrup on the sides of the pan and place the pudding on top. In a bain-marie, place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours, unmold and serve immediately.
