Ingredients:

  • 1kg of wheat flour
  • 4 cups milk (tea)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 cups brown sugar (tea)
  • 1 cup chocolate powder (tea).
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon clove powder
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1 dessert spoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Roof:

  • 1 kg of hydrogenated semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Place on greased and floured gingerbread pans and then bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned.
  3. Remove from the oven, unmold and leave to cool.
  4. Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and melt it in a bain-marie.
