When that popcorn smell hits, I bet you’re dying to eat it. I love popcorn, both sweet and savory, it’s a great snack or snack. I’ve prepared it in all sorts of ways, but I confess that the one I like best is the traditional pan-fried one!
Now I want you to see what the easiest way is for you!
Microwave popcorn
It prepares super quickly and is ready in just a few minutes. I like to use this method when I’m too lazy to make it on the stove or when I want to make fat-free popcorn!
And no ready-made popcorn! You can make it with corn and you only need two elements: a glass or ceramic bowl and cling film. Simply place the popcorn in the bowl with water, cover with cling film and poke some holes. The ratio is one tablespoon of corn kernels to one tablespoon of water. Then, just pop it in the microwave and leave it for about 15 minutes.
This time may vary depending on the power of your appliance. Be careful when removing from the microwave as the bowl gets very hot.
Popcorn in the Airfryer
This method is very simple, just preheat the Airfryer to 200°C and place the desired amount of popcorn on the bottom of the basket. It doesn’t need water or fat. Close and let the popcorn pop, it may take 5 to 10 minutes. It may vary from one device to another.
Popcorn in the pan
Like I said, this is my favorite! Simply use a large pan and add 4 tablespoons of olive oil or oil, heat it and then add 4 tablespoons of popcorn corn. Cover the pan and leave it on medium/high heat. Stir the pan so that the grains do not burn without opening the lid. In a few minutes everything will fall apart.
