Tilapia ceviche

Time: 30min (+30min in the fridge)

Performance: 4 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 1 seedless chilli, cut into cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 500 g of tilapia fillet in strips
  • Lettuce leaves to decorate

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the juice, onion, coriander, pepper, salt and olive oil.
  2. Add the fish and then mix.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, stirring the ceviche halfway through cooking.
  4. Decorate a plate with lettuce leaves and place the ceviche on top.
  5. Serve immediately, if desired, accompanied by toasted bread.
