A pizzeria in Brasilia has been successful for 64 years with a single flavor of pizza: simple and tasty. It is made only with mozzarella, homemade tomato sauce and oregano.

In an interview on the program “Pequenas Empresas & Grandes Negócios” broadcast on Sunday 14, the owner, Enildo Gomes, from Minas Gerais, assures that the clientele is loyal.

“There are some (customers) who don’t know, they come from abroad and ask: ‘What does it taste like?’ I speak and they say: ‘Alone?’ They are amazed: ‘How come you’ve been here all this time?'”, says the entrepreneur, who earns about R$ 280,000 a month.

For the entrepreneur, the secret of Dom Bosco’s success is “quality, good service and identification with the customer”

“I saw a guy coming from the airport to eat here get out of a taxi [na pizzaria]. Before arriving home he stops, eats a pizza, drinks a mate and leaves. It’s routine, it doesn’t end here”, Luiz Anconi, a customer, told the program.

The pizza is sold by the slice, and is very popular with homemade mate, and also whole, available for delivery. Currently the company has 4 stores spread throughout the Federal District.
