Ingredients:

  • 1/2 liter of boiling water
  • 2 cubes of meat broth
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Dissolve the stock cubes in boiling water and set aside.
  2. Boil the bunch of spinach.
  3. Remove from heat and rinse with cold water.
  4. Squeeze them, chop them very finely and brown them in butter.
  5. Add the meat broth to a pan and bring to the boil.
  6. Add the spinach, milk, salt, nutmeg and grated parmesan.
  7. Boil for another 30 minutes with the pan covered.
  8. Serve it hot.
