Spinach soup

Ingredients:
- 1/2 liter of boiling water
- 2 cubes of meat broth
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:
- Dissolve the stock cubes in boiling water and set aside.
- Boil the bunch of spinach.
- Remove from heat and rinse with cold water.
- Squeeze them, chop them very finely and brown them in butter.
- Add the meat broth to a pan and bring to the boil.
- Add the spinach, milk, salt, nutmeg and grated parmesan.
