Created by the Federal Government, the GOV.BR account is a virtual environment for single digital authentication, where the user finds public services integrated with the platform.

The GOV.BR account is divided into three levels, which reflect the way it is created or validated and differentiate some characteristics of the account, in relation to elements such as the degree of security in the user data validation process, the types of public services that can be accessed and allowing digital transactions.

The BRONZE level is reserved for those who have registered using the online form for data validation at the INSS or the Federal Revenue Agency, or in person at the INSS Agencies and at Senatran (National Traffic Secretariat) stations.

In this category the user cannot perform services such as viewing and sharing digital documents, applying an electronic signature or accessing public services that require a higher degree of trust.

To increase the level of your gov.br account to SILVER or GOLD, you can use the gov.br application itself and follow the instructions there, and you can also log in to your gov.br account and increase your level in “Seals of Trust”.

The first is aimed at those who have registered via facial recognition through the gov.br application to verify their photo in the Driver’s License (CNH) databases, validating their data via internet banking at an accredited bank and, in the case of a federal public employee, validating your data with the SIGEPE username and password.

The GOLD level is reserved for those who have been validated through facial recognition to verify the photo at the Electoral Tribunal (TSE) bases, by reading the QR code of the national identity card or through a digital certificate of an individual compatible with ICP-Brazil.
