Caramelized coconut
Time: 15 minutes Performance: 10 Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 250 g of wempty fresh diced
 - 1 cup (tea) of asugar crystal
 - 1/3 cup (tea) water
 
Preparation method:
- Place the fresh coconut cut into cubes, the sugar and the water in a saucepan.
 - Mix lightly and cook over medium heat, without needing to stir continuously.
 - After about 10 minutes you will notice that the water has reduced a lot, the sugar has started to take on a light color and the pieces of coconut are visible in the pan.
 - At this point, lower the heat and start stirring continuously.
 - The mixture will start to become sugary and should melt and caramelize.
 - Continue mixing well until desired color is achieved.
 - Quickly transfer the mixture onto a baking sheet and spread it evenly.
 - Let it cool and serve.
