Honey, orange and carrot yogurt

Time: 1h (+8h rest)

Performance: 5 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of milk from type A or B bags
  • 1 jar of natural yogurt (200 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • Juice of 2 oranges

Preparation method:

  1. Pour the milk into a milk jug and place it on a low heat.
  2. As soon as it boils, turn off the heat and let the milk cool.
  3. To check if the temperature is correct, dip your finger in the milk and count to 10.
  4. The temperature must be comfortable.
  5. Gently mix the yogurt with a wooden spoon.
  6. Pour into a ceramic, plastic, glass or agate bowl and cover with cling film.
  7. Place it in a styrofoam or cooler and let it sit for 8 hours or until it becomes solid.
  8. Blend the grated carrot, honey and orange juice in a blender and pass through a sieve.
  9. Mix gently with the yogurt and place in a strainer placed over a bowl.
  10. Leave it to drain in the fridge for 2 hours.
  11. Mix with a spoon and transfer to a bowl with a lid.
  12. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  13. If desired, decorate with grated carrot and orange peel.
