Preparation method

Place the seed oil, orange juice and zest, sugar and wheat flour in a blender and blend until you obtain a uniform mixture. Add the baking powder and beat again to incorporate it. Next, place the dough in a baking pan greased with coconut oil and floured with wheat flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool and remove from the mold carefully. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve immediately.

Cornmeal cake with guava syrup

Syrup
