Mini banana croissants

Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
- 1 cup margarine (tea)
- 2 tablets of organic fresh yeast (30g)
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 1/2 cups warm milk
- Wheat flour for dusting
- 2 cups banana jam (bought ready-made)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
- Powdered sugar and cinnamon powder for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup (tea) flour with margarine.
- Divide it into two parts and roll each out between 2 sheets of plastic with a rolling pin until it forms 2 small rectangles.
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- In a bowl mix the yeast with the sugar.
- Add the hot milk, the egg, the remaining flour and knead the dough for 3 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface to form a large rectangle and add 1 slab of margarine.
- Fold in the sides, covering the margarine, and roll lightly.
- Place in the fridge for 20 minutes and roll out again on a floured surface to form a large rectangle.
- Place the other plate of margarine and repeat the process.
- Cut the dough into triangles, distribute the banana jam mixed with cinnamon and roll up, starting from the largest part, forming croissants.
- Place on a greased and floured baking tray and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake in preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon. Serve.
