Vegetable pie light

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) skimmed milk
- 1 jar of low-fat natural yogurt (200 ml)
- 1/4 cup oil (tea).
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup crumbled ricotta
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 can of drained peas
- 4 tablespoons chopped red chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- Oil and wheat flour for greasing
Preparation method:
- In a blender, beat the milk, yogurt, oil, flour, eggs, salt, pepper and ricotta until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, add the carrot, peas, pepper and yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Pour into a greased and floured medium baking pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the mold once warm and serve in slices. If desired, garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley leaves.
