Everyone will love it mummy shaped sausage roll Made especially for Halloween!
It’s a great savory dish to serve at your Halloween party because, in addition to being delicious, it’s very easy to prepare.
You won’t need different utensils for preparation, just use what you have at home. Plus the recipe only requires 5 ingredients, so it’s perfect for those who aren’t very good at cooking.

Sausage rolls for Halloween
Time: 1 hour

Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 10 boiled sausages
- 40 slices of mozzarella
- 2 packs of ready-made puff pastry (600g)
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
- Black olives for garnish (optional)
Preparation method:
- Using a knife, cut each sausage in half and then each half in half again, lengthwise.
- Wrap each part of the sausage in a slice of cheese.
- Roll out the puff pastry following the instructions on the package and then cut thin strips, about 1 cm wide, to form the mummy-shaped “strips”.
- Wrap each piece of sausage and cheese with strips of puff pastry, leaving a space without pastry for the mummy’s “face”.
- Place in a mold, brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven (180ÂșC) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, if desired, cut some pieces of olive to decorate the “eyes” of the mummies.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and place the pieces of olives in the spaces you have left free.
- Serve immediately at your Halloween party!
