Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 sliced ​​bananas
  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup butter (tea).
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing and flouring
  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) whipped cream

Syrup:

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup (tea) water
  • 2 sliced ​​bananas

Preparation method:

  1. Blend the eggs, banana, milk, condensed milk, butter, flour and cinnamon in a blender until smooth.
  2. Mix the yeast with a spoon and pour it into a buttered and floured 22cm diameter cake tin.
  3. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool and unmold.
  4. For the syrup, dissolve the sugar and honey in the water in a saucepan and cook over low heat, without stirring, for 5 minutes or until you obtain a golden syrup.
  5. Add the banana and leave on the heat for 1 minute. Turn off and let cool.
  6. Spread the whipped cream on the cake and decorate with the caramelized banana.
  7. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
