  • 1 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 cup capers (tea)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves for sprinkling

Preparation method:

  1. Place the cod in a bowl, cover with water and leave to macerate for 24 hours in the refrigerator, changing the water 4 times during this time.
  2. Drain and wash under running water.
