Light and natural snack

Ingredients:
- 2 packs of wholemeal bread (400g each)
- 3 sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch lettuce, washed
Filling
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
- 1 can drained green corn
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 grated beetroot
- Salt and chopped green chilli to taste
Preparation method:
- For the filling, mix all the ingredients well and set aside.
- Prepare each sandwich using the slice of bread, part of the filling, slices of tomato and lettuce leaves, another slice of bread, another layer of tomato and lettuce filling and finish with the bread.
- Then repeat the process making the rest of the sandwiches.
- Cut diagonally and wrap in cling film.
- Finally, store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Natural sandwich with turkey breast

- 1 cooked carrot

Preparation method:

- Then spread this filling on half the slices of bread, divide the lettuce leaves between them and close the sandwiches with the remaining slices of bread.
- Wrap, one by one, in cling film or store in the refrigerator in covered containers until ready to serve.

Ingredients:
- 3 jars of light cream cheese (450 g)
- 3 pots of natural yogurt (510g)
- 1 small beetroot, cooked and chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 cooked and chopped carrot
- 1 cup cooked spinach leaves
- 2 packs of crustless bread
- Margarine for greasing
- 1 pack of light cream (200g)
- 1 cup shredded light mozzarella
Preparation method:
- In the blender, using the pulse button or in the food processor, beat 1 cup cream cheese, 1 cup yogurt and the beetroot until a pate forms.
- Season with salt and set aside.
- Do the same process with the carrot and spinach.
- In a greased medium baking dish, make a layer of bread, a layer of beetroot pâté, another layer of bread, a layer of carrot pâté, another of bread, a layer of spinach pâté and finish with the bread.
- Mix the cream with the mozzarella and spread on the bread.
- Then, bake in a preheated medium oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

- 200 g diced bacon
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup cream cheese (tea).
- 1 meter loaf
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 200 g of sliced mozzarella

- 1/2 bunch of crispy lettuce
- Champignons to decorate
Preparation method:
- In a pan, over medium heat, fry the bacon in its own fat until golden brown.
- Then drain them on absorbent paper and mix them with the cream cheese.
- Then, cut the bread horizontally, spread the mayonnaise, cover with the mozzarella, the ham, spread the cream cheese with the bacon, cherry tomatoes and lettuce.
- Close, decorate with mushrooms and serve immediately.
Natural tuna sandwich

Ingredients:
- 1 can solid tuna, drained
- 1 grated carrot
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
