Soft Bread Ingredients
- 30 g of fresh yeast
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons of softened butter
- 1 cup (tea) of warm milk
- 4 cups all-purpose flour (approx.)
- Oil and wheat flour for greasing
- 1 yolk for brushing
Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix the yeast with the sugar until dissolved.
Add the eggs, oil, butter and milk.
Gradually add the flour, stirring until the dough sticks to your hands.
If necessary, add more flour.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into small equal portions.
Shape into balls, put them in a greased and floured form keeping the space between them, brush the yolk and take to a medium oven, preheated, for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
