The British influencer has over a million followers, but says her height is a barrier to finding love

Summary

British influencer Katie Woolls, 2.05m tall, has spoken about the difficulties of finding love due to her height, but said she seeks a real relationship while encouraging personal acceptance.

Influencer Katie Woolls, 27, attracts attention with her 2.05 meters height. Originally from London, she caused a sensation on social media by showing her routine as a tall woman, who needs to bend over every time she walks through a door at home, or by showing how tall she is compared to everyday objects. Behind his humorous videos, though, he says he’s had trouble finding love.

According to Katie, it’s hard to find a person who doesn’t feel intimidated or uncomfortable because they are taller. In one video he opens by saying that he dreams of hearing things like “height doesn’t matter to me,” “you’re my type” and “let’s go on a date.”

In an interview with the Daily Star, Katie said one of her ex-boyfriends was even mistaken for her son due to the height difference. “People said he looked like my son, not my boyfriend. It was embarrassing. One of my relationships ended because he just couldn’t deal with it,” she said.

The young woman says that although many men on the Internet praise her and say they don’t care about her height, the reality is different. “Everyone is fine in theory, until they realize I’m literally a foot taller. Then they become insecure or treat my height like a fetish.”

According to her, it’s common for men to text that they have fantasies involving “giant women,” which bothers her because it draws attention away from who she really is.

However, the British woman tries to take the matter lightly. Today she says she feels safe and is looking for a real relationship. “I want someone normal, who likes to stay at home, play video games and laugh with me. I don’t care about his height, just his character and his sense of humor.”

Even if great love doesn’t arrive, Katie continues to publish her videos with the aim of encouraging other women to accept themselves as they are. “I’m single, but I love myself as I am, I can’t change the fact that I’m tall and I honestly don’t want to,” she stressed.
